Usage & Safety Guidelines
- Ensure hands and ear plugs are clean prior to fitting. Roll the ear plug with your fingertips to compact the foam into a thin, crease-free cylinder before inserting it well into the ear canal — pulling the ear outwards and upwards makes fitting easier
- Fit ear plugs before exposure to noise and wear them for the entire duration of noise exposure
- Intended for single use only — dispose of after use and do not reuse
- Remove slowly by twisting gently to break the seal
- Corded ear plugs should not be used in any situation where the cord could get caught during use
- Keep away from infants and small children — cords could become wrapped around the neck, which could lead to serious injury, and the foam may interfere with breathing if caught in the windpipe
- Store in a cool, dry place away from children's reach, in a clean, uncontaminated area; do not use if the individual poly bag packaging has been opened
- The reported attenuation of the ear plugs will only be obtained if they are in good condition and fitted as directed
