Description
The Aiko ZFS-250D is a diesel-engined concrete scarifier cutting a 250 mm path. It removes line marking, laitance, epoxy and thin screed, and keys concrete ahead of a new coating — on sites where there is no 415 V supply to plug into.
Key Features
- Diesel drive, no site power needed — works on new builds, external decks, car parks and road works before the supply is live, with no generator hire.
- 250 mm working width — a third more ground per pass than the 200 mm machines in the same range.
- Adjustable milling depth — light passes for coating removal, deeper for levelling.
- Multi-shaft cutter drum — blades are replaceable as a set, so the drum wears evenly instead of scalloping the floor.
- Part of the Aiko ZFS range — blades and wear parts are shared with the 200 mm and vacuum models, so spares are held locally.
- Open frame, no vacuum shroud — lighter and cheaper than the ZFS-250DV where dust extraction is not required.
